ensure a high level of compliance across all areas of the organisation. The financial system and processes are audited by a firm of external auditors each year thereby ensuring financial compliance and transparency is maintained and\u00a0 in line with Australian Accounting standards.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Solaris Cancer Care is the trading name for SolarisCare Foundation.\u00a0 Solaris Cancer Care is a company limited by guarantee, incorporated under the Corporations Act 2001 and the Australian Charities and Not-For-Profits Commission Act 2012.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ultimate responsibility for the governance of the company rests with the Board of
